History

Venture Management Group began in 1988 as an operating business. After a series of successful acquisitions and start-ups, 
it reorganized in 1999 to its current structure as a Florida-based private equity holding company. Since then, revenues have
 grown from $1 million in small manufacturing operation to $200 million in diverse products and services that are sold and installed
 throughout the U.S. Skip Hauser, founder and CEO, and Kim Brown, a partner and the CFO, actively work to support and expand the portfolio of Venture Management Group. Together they have built 54 start-ups and acquisitions in varied industries including industrial, construction, manufacturing, technology, service, and medical.
